Three Parts

There are three compnents to a successful entrepreneurial project: technical, financial, and market. The technical deals with the feasibility, the science and technology behind re device. Will it work? Are there physical limitations? Are there competing or existing channels of technology which is already apparent? These questions can be answered by disciplined minds and skillful engineering application. The second, financial, deals with the funding, the investors, the stake holders. Who is interested in he project an seeing it through? Who is willing to launch capital and put things into motion? These first two assets are well within the control of the participants. The third component, market, is not in the control of the participants. What will the market bear? How well do others value the goods and services produced? It is this third category where many tech and finance-only minded fail. All three components must be manifest in order for a successful business is to be had.
